By acknowledging the terms and conditions below, you understand the following:
We act as your agent for the limited purpose of expediting your application through the use of a courier. We do not issue your passport or other travel documents. US PassportBureau.com does not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under our control, including, but not limited to: travel agents, consulates, embassies, passport offices, or any other entities or any delivery-service involved in handling documents such as FedEx.
You understand that you are paying a service fee to this USPassportBureau.com and that you are still responsible for government fees which will should be paid directly to the U.S. Department of State.
We are not responsible for decisions made by U.S. Department of State as it relates to the denial or approval of any passport or travel document, supporting documents or supporting requirements. In addition we have no control over official requirements of any issuing agency. Requirements for the issuance of travel documents can and do often change. We cannot be held responsible for changes in official requirements whether mandatory or subjective. We will attempt to notify you of changes as we become aware of them.
If your required documentation and/or supporting documentation is not received by us in the specified time period given, additional charges may be incurred by you to facilitate service to provide a passport or other travel document by the departure date listed by you in your order form.
You agree that information submitted by you to any Issuing Authority or Agency or through us as your Agent is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer we believe may have provided inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise deficient information. Our Refusal of Service is at our discretion. Our maximum liability for Refusal of Service is limited to the amount of fees paid to and collected by us from you under all circumstances, without limitation.
If services are canceled by you within 24 hours of placing your order, you may request a refund of your purchase minus a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee. Only cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing an order may be refunded because our office has already begun to process your order. Limited capacity reservations have been put in place and they cannot be retracted.
If a travel itinerary is required by USPassportBureau.com to process your order. In lieu of a travel itinerary, the Department of State may accept a business letter stating your travel is business related. However, no guarantees can be made by USPassportBureau.com that this substitute will be accepted.
We also will not provide refunds for any reason (including the following but not limited to): Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets; incompleteness, or inaccurate information provided by you or us acting as your Agent; delays in passport or other travel document deliveries; passport procurement difficulties which may include changes in policy, regulations or other requirements; flight cancellations, missing flights, travel itinerary changes or flight delays.
Our refund office is only open on weekdays during standard business hours Eastern Standard or Daylight Savings times. Our refund office is closed during holidays.
USpassportbureau.com, its owners, agents and affiliates cannot provide any guarantees express or implied. Liability is limited to fees paid. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or consequential damages of any kind. Furthermore, the parties agree that the sole venue for any litigation shall be exclusively in Washington, D.C..
